My Total dividends in January are € 892.49 ($ 1,088.17). After tax payments, net dividend income is € 662.17 ($807.37). In year 2017, my net dividend income in January was € 666.62 ($707.98). My portfolio's net dividend income decreased by 0.67% compared to last year in January. Negative development is mainly due to the appreciation of the euro against the dollar. When I compare the January earnings in dollars, revenue grew by about one hundred dollars, or about 14 percent.

This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 49,473.77.

I have now collected 5.43% of my target net dividend income for this year, which is €12,200.00.

You can follow the development of my dividends here.

Full Disclosure: Long on above mentioned stocks, except GE.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Congratulations on the amazing dividend income! €662 of dividend income for the first month of the quarter is really solid.

  2. Don't worry about a slight decrease. Mine did the same thing after a few optimization changes that pushed payments into other months. Also, did you sell off some of your O position? Seems light for what you collected in dividends during the month.

    1. Hi DD, I'm not worried about a slight drop, nor the changes in exchange rates. I did not reduce O, bought a small part in December, and another much bigger in January, where I get dividends in February.

      Cheers,
      DH
